    In making this booking you understand and agree that you are responsible for planning and organising your trip/shoot and will be responsible for any loss, damage, death or personal injury caused to the shooters or others as a result of taking part. Moreover, as the shoot booker, you warrant the suitability and safety of your equipment, and helpers for this event. In making this booking you also understand and agree that CQBHA’s role has only been to make a the Rifle Shoot booking.

    In requesting a place, confirming your agreement with the above and submitting this form you give your consent to CQBHA and MDL using photographs relevant to the event on their website or elsewhere.

    CQBHA takes your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer the rifle shoot booking. Your details will never be shared with third parties other than for these express purposes and never for the purposes of marketing or similar.
